This project is a high quality commercial building with ground floor lobby, retail/commercial, parking and first floor open plan offices. Ground floor parking is aided by car stackers to maximise space. Feature external finishes include ‘copper’ finish Alucobond, aluminium sunshade fins and perforated aluminium panels with motif. A major construction challenge was dealing with a tight site on a very busy street corner. Traffic management was a constant issue, and this was handled safely with minimal disruption to the public.
